As part of its goal to promote the preservation of our local wrecks through responsible diving, SOS deploys and maintains Coast Guard approved mooring buoys on wrecks across the province. This is one of our core programs and is given a very high priority by our members.

These buoys can be used by everyone! Buoys are being deployed around the province by SOS Chapters and affiliates in conjunction with local clubs and charter operators.
