Buoy Management Requirements

Visitors

2	1	1	Proposed	Visitors must select a SUBSCRIPTION PLAN and CHAPTER during Registration
2	1	2	Proposed	Visitors must provide their FIRST and LAST NAME during Registration
2	1	3	Proposed	Visitors must provide a valid EMAIL ADDRESS during Registration
2	1	4	Proposed	Visitors must provide a valid POSTAL ADDRESS during Registration
2	1	5	Proposed	Visitors are presented an option to provide an OPTIONAL PHONE NUMBER during Registration
2	1	6	Proposed	Visitors must select to ALLOW ACCESS TO PROFILE DETAILS for Chapter Editors to continue the process
2	1	7	Proposed	Visitors must select a PAYMENT option (online PayPal or offline manual payment)
2	1	8	Proposed	Visitors must successfully fulfill the online payment (if selected), otherwise status is PENDING
2	1	9	Proposed	Visitors must receive a notification from the system after successfully registering
2	1	10	Proposed	Visitors must be able to check the status of their registration process
