Eastcliffe Hall – secondary mooring

The Eastcliffe Hall is a current SOS buoyed site.
The site currently has a spar buoy.
This site is extremely popular in the summer.
At times there are more that 3 boats moored to the spar buoy. This puts alot of strain on a single mooring. The Ottawa chapter is proposing that a secondary conical buoy be installed downstream of the current spar buoy.

The Ottawa Chapter will required a conical buoy for this proposed secondary mooring site. This will provide a much safer location for diving operations at this site.
