How do I register my membership?

There are 2 ways to start the membership registration:

  • Using the “Join” Quick Link
  • From the Menu Bar, choose “Membership –> Become A Member”

Log In Details

On the Login Account Details page, you must provide all required content before the next page will become available.

  • The password must meet the industry standard for MEDIUM strength. 
  • You can toggle the “Show / Hide” feature for the password

About Yourself

Using the Calendar

  1. On the “About Yourself” screen you MUST provide your birthday for OUC insurance.
  2. You can either type in the date as YYYY/MM/DD or use the calendar selector.

Email Rules

  1. A valid email address must be supplied.  All contact emails will be sent to this address.  This is important for the “Forgot Password” process.
  2. If a value is not provided, or does not meet the expected format, a warning message will display on the field having the issue.


On the Chapter screen there are 2 Required options.

  1. Opt out of insurance: if you registering simply as a donation and will not be diving not attending any Chapter events, you may choose to opt out of the required insurance coverage.  This legally removes your ability to submit an insurance claim if you attend and are injured.
  2. Select a Chapter: Select the Chapter to which you wish to be affiliated.  Chapters receive a subsidy based on their members.

Subscription Plan

On the Subscription Plan screen, the available membership plans are displayed.

  1. You can change your mind and choose a different one.
  2. If you have been provided a Discount Code, you can enter it and apply it to your registration.
  3. When completed, click on the “Register” button.

Registration Success

The Successfully Registered message is displayed. After a short delay, you are redirected to the PayPal site.

If you don't have a PayPal account, you can pay with a credit card

Trying to register another account

Logging Out

From the Menu Bar, choose the “Home –> Web Site Log Out” item.

The system will report with which account you are currently logged in.

To confirm the log out, click on the Log Out link.
